This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you, the user, and David Schindler, the creator of the mobile application "askBae". The Application is distributed through the Google Play store under David Schindler's developer account, and is also available on the iOS App Store under the name of Dominik Seemayr, who is in charge of the iOS version of the Application. Both versions of the Application share the same backend. By installing, using, or accessing the Application, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.
David Schindler grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the Application on any Android device that you own or control.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the Application or any portion of it without the express written consent of David Schindler, who is the owner of the registered trade in Austria under the name David Schindler. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application.
The Application is owned by David Schindler and is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. David Schindler retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all intellectual property rights.
The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. David Schindler does not warrant that the Application will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Application will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall David Schindler be liable for any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other pecuniary loss arising out of the use or inability to use the Application.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without giving effect to any principles of conflict of law.
This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and David Schindler regarding the use of the Application and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
In the event that a subscription or in-app purchase is purchased, David Schindler reserves the right to suspend or terminate it or access to the Application at any time, without notice, for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where there is a violation of the terms of the EULA, fraudulent activity, or any other misuse of the Application.
